Time Like The Present

In actuality that wasn't the clock I was looking at, but I didn't want to openly admit I still use the Super Mario alarm clock I got when I was 7...

I wish I could say that this was in some way exaggerated, but, alas…

It really can get a little too hard to keep track of the time when you're immersed so deeply in your work!

Brief comic this week, as I've been pretty busy illustrating, but have no fear—numerous comics have been scripted, each more awesome than the last, and shall be drawn when I have the appropriate amount of time to spend on them! ;D

I know exactly what you mean, haha. I have to keep the tv on (but muted) so I can see that 30 minute increments keep passing. That's why I hate it when there are TV movies... throws off my inner clock.

Happens to me all the time. Way too often I'll be spending an hour on something, and within that hour, three hours go by.

Well, I started looking at various comics/sites around 11 pm, and came to this page just in time to look at the clock and go, "Oh. It's two in the morning."

Cheers.

With me if I get into a "groove" when doing something like programming, it'll go:

Well, it's 11pm...I'll probably go to bed in a few hours.
Hmm, 1am, probably should go to bed soon.
4am, Reeally should be getting to bed soon...
7am, you know what? There is no point in going to bed.
12pm, passes out on the spot.

@DiscordantDoodler Same here, those 30 minute increments are lifesavers! Probably why I find it so deeply unnerving when a channel decides to air programmes 20-25 minutes apart, for no apparent reason :\

@Ddraigeneth Haha, glad I was able to help XD

@Twentydragon & TheDarkJay Definitely too easy to get caught up in the flow of things! But all the better to remind you why ya love what ya do ;D

(And how awesome passing out at noon can feel!)

Worst possible things to do at night when you have to get up in the morning:

Browse/edit Wikipedia.
Play a fun/adrenaline-fueled computer game.
Drink caffeine.
Play with kittens/puppies.
